Cycling in Ipoh

Hi Mohd Adib,

Greetings from ETS!

Thank you for choosing ETS as your preferred mode of transport. If you wish to carry your folded bicycle (as per in the photo) along with you in the train, kindly ensure the bicycle is covered (by casing, bicycle cover or etc. ) all the time during the journey.

Yes, there is extra charge for it RM 5 and the payment have to be made to steward and stewardess on duty. In the hindsight, we would appreciate if you could inform our customer service ( Ms Sarah ) earlier on trip with ETS via email to sarah@ets-train.com.my or 03-2263 1543.

Our cycling group plan to take ETS from KL to Ipoh for a day trip.Along with us,we shall bring our folded bikes as shown as attached .It weighs about 12kg.My question:Can we bring along this bicycle and store in the coach where we are seated and if ok,is there any extra payment to be paid for it.
